What are Pure Poppet products made from?
Pure Poppet products are free from Ferric Ferrocyanide, artificial dyes, FD&C colours, talc, Bismuth Oxychloride, mineral oil (and its derivatives) and paraben preservatives.
They contain the following ingredients:

Where are Pure Poppet products made?
All Pure Poppet products are made in Australia including our nail polish range. Pure Poppet is a proudly Australian owned business.
Are the products tested on animals?
Our products are not tested on animals nor made with ingredients that are tested on animals.
How do you use the products?
Depending on the age of the child, adult help may be required.
To apply mineral powders dry: peel off security seal and tap a small amount of the powder into the lid of the container and use either an applicator brush or sponge to apply to eyelids, face or cheeks. Be careful not to shake out too much powder to avoid excess spillage.
To apply mineral powders wet: create a face paint look by tapping a small amount of the powder onto a small dish. Dip either the applicator brush or sponge into a small amount of water and squeeze out any excess. Use the wet brush or sponge to mix around the powder and then apply to eyelids, face or cheeks to create desired look.
To apply play makeup crayons: wind up stick and apply to the body as desired. As they are wax based, these achieve a pastel shade that isn't as bright as the mineral powders. Warm up in the hands before use for ease of application. Great to use as as base with the mineral powders on top or to draw simple shapes.
To apply lip balms: wind up stick and apply to lips.
To apply floral spray: spray onto skin and face for a subtle fragrance. Do not spray directly into eyes.
To apply polish: ensure nails are clean and dry before application to allow for longer lasting colour. Apply directly to fingernails or toenails using the brush provided. Apply more than one coat for a more intense colour. Because the nail polish is a water based natural product, some colours may slightly separate over time. If this happens, give it a good shake. The polish can still be used, but the colour may be slightly different. Other companies choose to add tiny metal beads to the polish to alleviate this, but we have chosen not to do this for safety reasons.
To remove Pure Poppet play makeup: wash with warm water and a facial cloth.
To remove Pure Poppet polish: use an acetone free nail polish remover.

Are there any precautions?
We are confident our products are suitable for most types of skin with correct usage but to ensure skin is compatible with this product, test a small amount on a patch of skin prior to use.
In the unlikely event a negative reaction or irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.
For external use only.
Avoid direct eye contact. If eye contact occurs rinse well with warm water.
There are potential choking hazards with this product as it contains small parts, and is therefore not suitable for children under 3 years of age.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards via PayPal and direct deposits into the Pure Poppet bank account. Details on both of these methods are provided when you place your order.
Please note orders will not be shipped until payment has been confirmed/cleared.
What are your delivery charges and methods?
Within Australia
Pure Poppet charges a delivery fee per item, depending on its size and weight, for example a Natural Play Makeup Kit has an $7.95 delivery fee. If more than one item is ordered then the delivery fees are totalled at the checkout depending on the total weight. The postage fee is for delivery anywhere in Australia and goods are promptly dispatched from when your payment is confirmed.
Delivery is via Australia Post’s Standard Parcel Post delivery service and deliveries will be delivered within 2 – 6 business days, depending on your destination. Once your order is with Australia Post, delivery time is out of our control. We can advise you of a tracking number should you wish to track your parcel. Pure Poppet cannot be held responsible for deliveries not arriving once they have been posted.
International Orders
Pure Poppet is happy to ship to international destinations, our international shipping fees are found at the checkout.
Please note that if customs charges are to be paid for your international order, these are the responsibility of the order recipient.
If an incorrect delivery address is provided or a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, an extra postage fee will apply to send it again.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Unfortunately this service is not available.
What are your return and/or exchange policies?
If for some reason your goods are faulty or damaged on arrival you are entitled to return them at your postage cost within 10 working days. Please send to:
